Today, on the 11th April, dogAdvisor launch their latest spring updates. This season, we become 100% carbon neutral, we introduce a huge redesign with Project Doggo, and we officially introduce more than 30+ new articles in a completely redesigned Article Explorer. Let's dive straight in!

dogAdvisor: 100% Carbon Neutral

This season, dogAdvisor become carbon neutral accross our entire website. This is truly an extraordinary feat for dogAdvisor, as we join as one of the 14% of websites around the world that are carbon neutral. By powering our site with renewable energy, using sustainable digital design to ensure ultra-low power consumption for our users (also helping you reduce your carbon footprint), and by introducing new digital efficiency measures, we're tremendously thrilled to call ourselves 100% carbon neutral. To celebrate this achievement, we've also introduced an all-new Environmental Commitments page for you to learn more.

An immense redesign of dogAdvisor. Out now.

This April, under the development of Project Doggo, we're bringing your dogAdvisor experience to a whole new level. Project Doggo delivers an all-new redesign, reducing visual complexity and improving your browsing experience. Everything starts with our layout. We've completely redesigned dogAdvisor's layout to introduce an all-new, center aligned, design reducing clutter. Yet we haven't just stopped there. This latest redesign also introduces a whole new font to our system. What's more, we're also - for the first time ever- introducing a whole new feature to dogAdvisor's articles: our Article Accessories! These accessories sit on the right side of the article. providing summaries and article recommendations to best improve your dogAdvisor experience. This redesign adds a whole new chapter to dogAdvisor's history.

Now with 20 more new articles

Alongside this redesign, and together with dogAdvisor's carbon neutrality achievement, this Spring update brings a wave of all-new articles we think you will adore. This month, we introduce 20 additional articles, all city guides to help guide you through the best places to go with your dog in each city! With city guides on dogs in London, Washington, Perth, Prague and so many more. This brings the total article count for dogAdvisor to a massive 125! What's more, we're reaching for the stars with our next update, where we'll bring 25+ new articles, to bring our total article count to 150. By the end of the year, we aim to be the home of more than 250 articles so that we can support you through every stage of your dog ownership journey. Of course, this massive list of articles needs a newer and faster way to navigate, so alongside our redesigned article explorer, we are today announcing Advanced Search 3.0 to be developed and available before the end of April. We expect to bring Max 2.0 later this year.

From our founder

This is tuly a fantastic update that I hope you'll have as much fun using, as I had making! This has been in the works for the past 3 months, as we pledged to deliver a new design by May of this year. I'm immensely thankful to all of our users and all of the people who participated in our research surveys for their invaluable support. If you'd ever like to help us out, we'd appreciate your feedback:

Complete the 2 minute feedback survey (it'd really mean a lot)

So that's it from us this April guys! As well as announcing all these new changes, we're also changing how our dogAdvisor Days page works. To ensure you have the best experience, and to condense all our updates in a more digestable format, we are today announcing changes to how frequently we push out new articles. We hope you love this redesign, and we look forward to seeing you next June.
