Emergency Guidance triggers when you're in an emergency and can't reach your vet for emergency advice, Emergency Guidance can provide support whilst you wait for help. So far this feature has saved the lives of four dogs. You can activate it manually, or the feature activates automatically based on your conversational context.
How to use Emergency Guidance
You can activate Emergency Guidance by pressing the ⛨ Emergency above your chat, telling Max your dog is facing an emergency, or Max can activate it for you when he feels your dog is at risk. He can either provide emergency support right away or will ask three questions before he does to make sure he has all the context he needs to give advice.
