We share Max's mistakes

If we notice Max doesn't act in line with our expectations of him we share this information publicly on this incident Disclosures page. We publish disclosures a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 7 months after they occur.

Protecting owners privacy

All conversations are completely anonymised. If we believe our conversation's release can cause harm we may choose not to publish it. You can email us to request an embargo if you don't want your chat published.

We only share resolved incidents

If we are aware that an incident reveals significant safety vulnerability that could harm the safety of dogs or owners if released we do not disclose it until we have resolved the relevant safety incident in line with our Responsibility Statement
